Lindsey Logan is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who serves as the driving force behind Waypoint Mental Health Counseling. As the Owner and Executive Director, Lindsey sees her work not only as a professional endeavor but as a ministry—an opportunity to offer hope to the hurting. Through compassionate care and faith-centered counseling, she helps individuals and families navigate life’s storms and find healing.

Lindsey leads a team of skilled counselors, ensuring they are equipped to serve clients with the highest standards of care. Lindsey’s leadership style is rooted in her values of integrity, compassion, and a servant’s heart. She handles the administrative operations, develops strategic plans for growth, and works to ensure the practice remains a place for the hurting to receive help.​
Educational Background
Lindsey earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Central University in 2017. With a God-given passion for helping children, Lindsey has dedicated much of her practice to supporting young hearts and minds, guiding them toward resilience, peace, and hope in Christ.​

Lindsey's husband pastors a church in their local community. Together, they are committed to serving their congregation and their community, embodying the love Jesus in everything they do.​

Outside of her practice, Lindsey cherishes her role as a wife, mother of two, and grandmother of two. She finds strength and inspiration in her family and her faith, which guide her in every decision she makes.

Gabi Watts
LMFT-C
Gabi Watts is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist-Candidate (LMFT-C) with 4 years of experience in the helping profession. She has developed expertise in providing therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on building healthier relationships and encouraging personal growth.
Education Background
Gabi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology & Pre-Counseling from Oklahoma Baptist University. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the same institution. Her academic training has equipped her to address a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, helping clients navigate difficult life situations and promote emotional well-being.
Early Career in Education
Before transitioning into therapy, Gabi worked as a Pre-K teacher at Paden Public Schools. During this time, she witnessed firsthand how crucial emotional well-being is to a child’s academic success. Her experience in the classroom ignited her passion for supporting children’s mental health, and she was inspired to pursue a career that would integrate mental health support within school environments, helping children succeed academically and emotionally.

Gabi is married and the proud mother of two children. Her personal experience as a mother provides her with a deep understanding of the challenges families face in supporting their children’s mental health. Paul Crouch

Paul Crouch is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate with a strong background in both counseling and aviation, Paul brings a unique perspective to his work, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and expertise.​
Military and Federal Service Background
A proud native of Oklahoma, Paul served honorably in the United States Air Force for 24 years, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. During his distinguished military career, Paul developed leadership, resilience, and problem-solving skills that continue to inform his approach as a counselor. Following his military service, he furthered his career in the civilian sector with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), retiring after 12 years of dedicated service. His work at the FAA not only solidified his expertise in aviation but also fostered a strong commitment to safety, regulation, and public service.
Family and Personal Life
Paul has a deep appreciation for family, as he is married with three daughters and seven grandchildren. He cherishes the time spent with his loved ones and values the wisdom and love that come from his family bonds. His faith and strong sense of duty guide his approach to both his professional and personal life.
Community and Church Involvement
In addition to his work as a counselor, Paul is actively involved in his local church, serving as an Elder in his local church. His leadership within the church community emphasizes his dedication to spiritual growth, service, and supporting those in need. Paul also contributes his time and expertise to the Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch, an organization located on Long Island, New York, that provides a safe haven for at-risk youth. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Ranch, Paul plays a crucial role in helping young people overcome challenges and find hope and healing in a supportive environment.
Educational Background
Paul holds a Master of Science in Aviation and Space Technology from Oklahoma State University, where he developed technical knowledge and understanding of complex aviation systems. Later, he pursued a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Christian University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This second degree equipped him with the skills necessary to help individuals address mental health issues and navigate life's difficulties with a compassionate and therapeutic approach.

His career reflects a lifelong commitment to service, whether through his work as a counselor, his role in the church, or his dedication to improving the lives of at-risk youth.
